Here’s where it all begins & stress ENDS.
This core session is profoundly relaxing and then some. Get familiar with feeling SAFE & SOUND again. Your whole system will thank you, increased blood flow, pain reduction and more, the sound table delivers a sonic massage at the level of your cells.
Begins with a voice analysis to determine what your system is thirsty for. Find out how the 12 notes of the musical scale show up in your speaking voice and how they relate to your physical body systems then enjoy the sound table for a 25 minute sound journey.

Partners, couples, best friends, family… you’ll be invited to connect deeply during this treatment. We’ll set the intention and let the container of sound do the rest. You’ll be tucked in on 2 tables and guided through synchronized relaxation breath work.
