You’ll be tucked in on 2 tables and guided through synchronized relaxation breath work. Surrender to pure, nourishing tones which bathe your cells in coherent frequency to break up stagnant energy that’s causing problems. Crystal bowls are the signature part of this treatment. Each experience is customized.

Sound baths can include tuning forks, hand pan, chimes, drums, voice, piano, and crystal or brass singing bowls. Essential oils and crystals may also be part of your session.
