It is TRUE.
Then if this is true… the human body is a mobile symphony.
Full of patterns, mathematical ratios based on nature’s perfectly imperfect design, frequencies between cells creating harmony.
This is also TRUE.
Join us for the evening on May 1st as we explore the human sound body.
Creative, restorative practices in a retreat style setting designed to nourish your insight, body, mind and spirit.

There are 4 main parts to the evening.
Conscious listening & conversation is encouraged throughout.
Future Vision Meditation
Here we’ll work with the MENTAL aspect. Listening and creating with the mind, you’ll be led through a guided meditation to set the energy of manifestation in motion for the evening and beyond.
Mantra Making
Clarify your EMOTION through the power of your voice create a meaningful phrase, reinforced by group coherence in a small group and used through evening.

Sound Healing Treatments
Choose 2 treatments for your PHYSICAL body: Practitioners will work on and around your body with sound at each station. Tuning fork & massage combinations, lymph facial treatment, spirit cleanse, head massage. 3 zero gravity Vibroacoustic stations.
Sound Bath
We’ll end the night by taking our mantra and manifestations inward and upward. SPIRITUAL journey with a multi instrument sound bath. Crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, voice - designed to take you deeper as the universe works on the details.
