Days will be a sweet, spacious balance of receiving, connecting, creating and exploring.

The Venue…

This waterfront, architectural masterpiece is truly the vacation spot of your dreams! Set on 110 feet of your own majestic oceanfront, you will instantly be filled with the peace and serenity of the incredible views and gently lapping waves. The magnificent daily wildlife sightings such as bald eagles, blue herons, orcas, seals and otters will be a constant and delightful entertainment.

Beautiful one-of-a-kind, 5-bedroom home with each bedroom having their own ensuite. Enjoy a morning coffee atop one of the two decks running the whole length of the home. Enjoy the amazing hot tub overlooking the ocean. The homes personal walkway will take you down to the resident-only, private beach. The 13-foot ceilings with full floor-to-ceiling windows will take your breath away. We promise you will be dazzled…

    *shared accommodation means you’d be sharing the king bed so this is most suited to those who know each other

What we’ll eat…

Light fresh breakfast, simple comforting lunches… Decadent dinners together.

Offerings will be vegetarian and Pescatarian, gluten free/vegan options will be available on request.

Itinerary…

We’ve set a structure that allows for plenty of flow around meals and treatments. Creative and spacious options to allow for each woman’s unique experience of this weekend.

Thursday:

  • Arrivals by 5-5:30pm

  • Opening ceremony

  • Dinner 5:30-7pm

  • Self care ritual - facial

  • Sound Bath 8:30pm

Friday and Saturday:

  • Self serve breakfast 8-10am

  • Treatments 10am-12:30pm

  • Lunch 1-2pm

  • Treatments 2-4:30pm

  • Dinner 5:30-7pm

  • Self care ritual - foot soak

  • Sound Bath 8:30pm

Sunday:

  • Self serve breakfast 8-10am

  • Closing ceremony

  • Checkout 11am

Treatments

Lisa will be offering neck and shoulder massage, hand and arm massage plus on body Tuning Fork treatment “Love Like You’ve Never Been Hurt” with mother earth frequency OHM forks.

Narissa will be doing Voice Analysis and Vibroacoustic Therapy sessions. *There will be 3 zero gravity chairs with Vibroacoustic therapy cushions available for use throughout the retreat.

Each participant will receive 1 treatment per day
